18sx Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the 18sx platform. Please read these terms carefully in full before registering or using any of the services provided. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions herein.
These terms are effective from 1 January 2026. The latest version shall prevail.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 18sx platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as our Privacy Policy, which applies concurrently.
Use of the 18sx platform is subject to the following terms:
- You are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
- You are an individual accessing the platform for personal use, not on behalf of a third-party commercial entity.
- The information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- You are not located in any jurisdiction where the use of this service is prohibited under local law.

Account Creation & Security
Registration and Verification
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 18sx platform at any given time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate information including your full name, an active mobile number, and any other details requested. 18sx reserves the right to verify user identity at any time, including requesting supporting documents such as a national ID, before processing any withdrawal.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. 18sx will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
18sx platform users agree to comply with all usage rules set out by the platform. Any violation may result in action including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure, at the sole discretion of platform management.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 18sx platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or exploit the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or collusion with other users.
- Opening an account or placing bets on behalf of another individual without written authorisation.
- Using a payment method that is not in your own name or that has been stolen.

18sx reserves the right to monitor account activity at any time for verification and fraud prevention purposes. All activity is recorded and may be shared with relevant authorities if required by law.
Payment and Transaction Information
Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the 18sx platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX from major Malaysian banks (such as Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, and others) as well as TNG eWallet. Deposits via supported methods are typically processed instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the respective bank's system.
Winnings will be withdrawn to the same payment method used for your deposit, unless otherwise directed by our support team. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to the platform's current policy and may change from time to time.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are only processed to accounts that have completed full identity verification. Any bonuses or promotional credits may be subject to rollover requirements as separately stated in the relevant promotion terms. 18sx reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected on an account.

The platform is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services. Changes to Terms, Account Policy, and Applicable Law

Account Suspension & Closure
18sx reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: breach of terms, suspected fraudulent activity, multiple account registrations, or at the user's own request. Account closure upon user request is subject to the completion of all pending transactions and related investigations.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation.
